Okaaaaay Tracy! This photo of Tracy Tutor literally stopped me in my tracks. She looked AH-MAZE-ING in her iridescent sequin fringe dress and white boots. She was all dolled up heading off to the T Swift concert for some pre b-day fun and totally nailed the vibe.
