On The Real Housewives of Miami this week when Adriana de Moura and Lisa Hochstien were galavanting on yachts with their massive Chanel quilted bags and designer clothes, it totally reminded me of a double date on a yacht that my husband and I were recently on. Except my quilted bag wasn’t quite Chanel, the zigs zags on my dress weren’t Missoni and the ticket involved some sort of deal from Groupon.
What did we have that the Real Housewives of Miami didn’t, you ask? Let me see… JUST an all you can eat buffet, a waitstaff dancing on an illuminated, flashing dance floor and my in laws sitting across from them. And let me just tell you, my Mother In Law does a mean electric slide. So just try not to be jealous, okay ladies? I’m sure they’ll run the Groupon again in the Spring ;-).
