Bethenny Frankel’s Black and White Colorblock Top and Skirt on The Today Show

Season 9 Real Housewives of New York Fashion and Style

Bethenny Frankel’s tongue isn’t the only sharp thing she has in her arsenal, as she and one of her favorite designers have continuously to proven that her wardrobe is also clearly capable of packing an angular punch. Case and point? The geometric design of her black and white Balmain x H&M color block knit turtleneck top and Balmain fo-real skirt worn during her pre-Real Housewives of New York Season 9 premiere appearance with gal pal Carole Radziwill.

The RHONY (along with her fashionable counter-parts like Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley and Kim Kardashian West) has a covet-worthy closet full of Balmain, the French fashion powerhouse best known for their sharp geometric yet ladylike aesthetic. And while Bethenny has worn her share of the designers main line, she also loves her highly desirable yet lower price point Balmain X H&M pieces. This black and white shirt has proven to be her fave as we’ve seen her in the pieces at dinner on Real Housewives of New York Season 8, unwrapping this month’s fab Fit Fun Box and on this occasion, proving that it works for morning, afternoon and night.

And for those of you lucky—and by lucky we mean were strong enough to fend off budget conscious yet Balmain-loving women after standing in line all night to shop the collection— enough to have nabbed pieces from the Balmain X H&M Collab from 2015, we are insanely jealous. For the rest of us who were late at the party, or didn’t have an assistant to wait in line for us, Balmain still has more to offer.
