Channelling the cutest Minnie Mouse vibes, Kelly Ripa’s red polka dot dress made us miss that mouse! Kelly recently wore the same dress in yellow (read about that below), and the shape works so well on her because she’s so tiny and it ads some volume without being too much. Plus, I love a tie neck. I’m glad that trend came back—sort of feminine mens wear. This print is just whimsical and adorable!
