Kelly Ripa’s white tie neck blouse was very professional. And with black, blue and white styles, can be worn year round! I was a little annoyed hearing how she and Ryan were a little annoyed at Mark Consuelos’ Keytogenic diet. I mean, of all people who don’t need to be on a diet, Kelly is number one.

So she discussed the diet (I pretty much naturally have been eating this way), where you basically cut out any simple carbs. So she said that she and Mark were on a PB & J kick before he started the diet, and she was left holding the bag (lunch bag that is). She now takes scoops of peanut butter and scoops of jelly and just eats them with a spoon and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that.
