Kristin Cavallari’s leather mini skirt had her strutting in to her meeting showing who’s boss. Having to explain the current situation takes patience that very few people have. I wonder if Kristin is tame in front of the camera, because I could not handle all of the crying. Women bosses are so different from male bosses. I used to work for my brother (now I work with him), and I tried to explain to him that motivation from women comes from a different place than motivation for men.

He used to try to motivate me by telling me “I know you can do better and bring in more clients.” Instead, I was always discouraged. I tried to explain to him that I needed to hear “great job bringing in a new client” and I would have been much more motivated. I think Kristin does a great job at it, but her staff requires even more coddling than most people can give.
