Even though I love it, Kyle Richards’ floral wrap top with Lisa Vanderpump on tonight’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is only the second cutest thing in the scene. The first is a giggling LVP on “happy gas”. I mean, she’s cracking up as needles are being stuck in her neck. I will definitely need some of that when I start getting the fillers that are supposed to be painful, Botox is a cakewalk, but as I dive deeper into filler-ville (tastefully, of course) I 100 need this! I who once made the nurse at CVS pharmacy give me the nasal mist, which I’m pretty sure was meant for children, for my flu shot. And even if you don’t hate needles, those of you who can’t stand the pain of Kyle’s shirt being sold out may just need a little bit of it too.
