Ramona Singer’s blue floral ruffle dress that she wore while hosting friends at her Hamptons home this Memorial Day is something I recognized immediately considering it was featured in our spring zodiac sign post. And although it’s not something I would predict being worn by a Scorpio (I thought Virgo), Mercury is in retrograde right now (ending June 22nd) so really anything could happen.
