Shop Fall’s Biggest Bag Trends For Less
I’ve been known to scoop up a designer bag now and again—maybe a splurge a year—but since I spent some time in my 20’s as a wholesale rep I got used to getting things at a discount (I know, lucky b*tch), so I have a hard time justifying an expensive purchase unless I get some sort of deal. Any sort of deal. And if anything is purchased full price at my house it’s 100% something my husband has bought for me
as an apology gift.
So, when I first spotted Bottega Veneta’s latest bags I was left drooling over all of the woven and padded detailing, but knowing I wouldn’t get a deal since they are so popular (not that I haven’t put an email in to my favorite luxury resale spot to keep an eye out for one on the cheap for me). Since my splurge this year is a bit larger (ie a house in Austin), the bags that I’ve become even more obsessed with probably aren’t in the cards.
That being said this post is two fold. First to show you the best pieces from Bottega in case you have the means and want this years “it” bag (or bags…really, they’re all SO fab in any color). Second to show you the amazing Style Stealers that I stumbled upon if you’re a babe on a budget. Since they’re non de-script with no logos they’re great inspired looks without being total knockoffs. After seeing some Housewives try to pull those off with slightly mis-sized logos or details that are just a leeeetle off, you probably won’t catch me trying to pull a fast one with a faux in public
anymore. However these inspired styles are too cute not to scoop up.
