In my opinion, the perfect outfit for any occasion (with the exception of a formal event or gettin’ wild in Vegas, of course) is a skinny jean, blouse and heels. Since I hit the big 3-0 I feel like it’s been a go-to when I want to look sexy and put together, and not look like I’m trying to be 21 forever, trying to get to the front of the line at a club. And as you can see in Tamra’s case, it just works. Follow her lead and you’ll be Hot in Orange County, Cleveland or whatever hood you are in.
