Teddi Mellencamp’s underarm sweat pads are apparently a pro tip that I hadn’t known about until recently. I first caught wind of them on a super awkward Today Show segment a few years ago. Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones were co-hosting one of the hours and Jenna’s sweat pad came out. Well Jenna, a Southern Lady herself, didn’t really want that out, but Sheinelle called her out and you could tell Jenna was quite embarrassed. She got over it, but I don’t know if they’ve ever been the same since.

But then I knew what they were talking about more specifically when our fave down to earth Housewife Teddi posted a picture of these lifesavers on her instagram and pointed out exactly what they were. Basically, maxi pads for your armpits. Listen, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. Kelly Ripa showed us all her own pit stains a few weeks ago and she even changed her shirt mid show. Double Spanx, duct tape in all sorts of places, beauty aint beautiful, and this is one of my fave secrets to date!
