There is one thing everyone needs in their kitchen no matter what, a blender. Whether it be for margaritas or healthy shakes like Teresa Guidice’s, no kitchen should be without. Most blenders are really more like multitools – mine can do large batches (think frozen alcoholic drinks), individual sizes (my morning protein shake), and it has a food processor option! It amazes me that after daily use for years, it still blends with ease and I’ve never had to sharpen the blades (I have an older version of Teresa’s blender). The only problem…I still don’t have a body like Teresa’s despite my morning shakes (disclaimer: the rest of my diet is crap and I don’t use the same products as she does). She looks amazing! I can’t wait to see more of her new lifestyle this season.
