Veronica Newell’s pink shorts and puff sleeve wrap top make me think of better days. Days where the sun comes out. It is only mid December and us poor Chicagoans have endured weather in the sub 20’s since the end of October. Let me be clear, I love winter, I love Christmas, and I prefer cold to hot. But somehow this year, I am already over it, and need to go somewhere that I can wear Veronica’s outfit. I did a bit of research and it actually looks like Southern California, where the Newell’s live, is pretty much the only consistently sunny place. I’d love to even settle for a retirement community in Palm Springs. Anything folks, I’m getting desperate!
