Like a bossssss! Erika Jayne Girardi’s boss hoop earrings are so apt mostly because I consider her such a boss. Also because they say “Boss” and not “Girl Boss”, which is a term I kind of hate even though it’s always meant in the most supportive terms ie if you’ve said it to me, I take it as a compliment. But can’t a woman just be a boss? My husband isn’t called a “Boy Boss” so why am I a “Girl Boss?”.  Sorry, it’s late and I’m tired, but I’ll spare you my pet peeve about being called “Babe” by other women, I swear.
